Description: Udah dibawain petis madura dari Indonesia, belum sempat2 makainya. Padahal terbayang makan dengan nasi anget2 pake tahu goreng dengan petis merah ini. Mau bikin tahu petis madurapun, tahunya lagi enggak ada. Sebetulnya yang namanya rujak madura, pasti ada kacangnya yang tentu dihaluskan bersama-sama. Karena lagi enggak punya simpanan kacang dirumah, so dibikin aja seadanya...yang tentunya enggak mengurangi rasanya...
Ingredients: Petis madura 2,5 sdm Gula jawa 80 gram Air 50 cc Cabe rawit 2 Bawang putih 2 siung Taoge 200 gram Ketimun 1
Directions: 1. Taoge direnji kurang lebih 2 menit. Sisihkan. 2. Bawang putih disangrai sampai harum. Sisihkan. 3. Haluskan gula jawa dengan cabe rawit dan bawang putih. Kemudian masukkan petis madura dan beri air sedikit demi sedikit sampai semuanya tercampur rata. 4. Potong2 ketimun sesuai selera, dan campur dengan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan beserta taoge. Kalo mau dihidangkan, bisa ditambahkan dengan krupuk udang. 5. Dan siap disantap.

Description: Bosen Maguro dibikin sashimi??? Dimix aja dengan timun, bawang bombay ditemani dengan mayoness, mustard dan saus tomat....Sim salabimmm jadilah salad.....Cepat dan gampang....
Ingredients: 130 gr Maguro (tuna) yang dibikin sashimi Timun 1 Tamanegi(bawang bombay) 1/2 S size Mayoness 2 sdm Tomato ketcup 1 sdm Mustard 1 sachet Wasabi 1 sachet
Directions: Potong Maguro menjadi kotak2 Timun dan bawang bombay, potong tipis2. Campur mayoness, tomato ketcup, mustard dan wasabi. Kemudian campur saus tersebut dengan maguro, timun dan bawang bombay dan siap dihidangkan.

 Horenso Salad It is easy to make, cause only steam horenso dan mix with soyu ( salty soya).
Ingredient: Horenso(japanese spinach) 6 ikat Soyu 1 sdt Sake fish flake 70 gram.
How to make: 1. Steam horenso for while. 2. Prepare dish and put steamed horenso and sake fish put on top of horenso. 3. Put also soyu and ready for eating.

 Tortilla Salsa is a kind of salad. This food is appropriate in summer. If you like hotter salsa, put more chili.
Ingredients: Ready Tortilla chip 150 gram For sauce: Pepper few Chili powder, as you like Tomato 5 cut like cube 1 cm Avocado 1 cut like cube 1 cm Tomato pure 2 eating spoon Oregano few Basil few
Direction: All ingredients from sauce are mixed and eaten with tortilla chip

Ingredients: Harusame (thin rice noodles) 100 gr, boiled and filtered Tomato 3 (1 tomato cut, becomes 8 slice) Red union 1/2 (for salad) Ready crab meat 150 gram, Salad leaf (ice berg lettuce or sunny lettuce), sliced cut For dressing: Nampla 3 tablespoon. Lemon juice 2 tablespoon. Sesame oil few Chili powder few Garlic 2, cut until slice and thin. Sugar few. For spreading: Chopped peanut
Direction: 1. Put harusame at plate. In upper side, put crap, red union, and salad leaf. In edge side of harusame, put tomato. 2. All ingredient from dressing are mixed. After that, dressing can be put on harusame. 3. Next, spread chopped peanut on top side. And Harusame salada will be ready. Note : a. Red union can be changed with orange union. b.Crab can be changed with boiled shrimp, chicken meat or beef meat c.Chili powder can be changed with fresh chili, fresh chili is better and it should be fine sliced
